Our Maintain "IT" program is one of our most popular offerings.  It is a monthly computer check-up service that keeps your computer running smooth, up to date, secure and safe.  It is all done via a monthly remote login to your system where we do our 12 point inspection.  By enrolling in this monthly program you will get deeply discounted on-site, remote and phone assistance to repair any issues that we might find during our 12 point inspection.

Our 12 Point Inspection Includes:
 
Antivirus Setting Review Antivirus Vault/Quarantine Review Remove Virus*
Check and apply system updates Check and apply software updates Perform Disk Cleanup
Check RAM Functionality Check Available Hard Drive Space Check Firewall Settings
Review System Security Check Ink Levels Defragment Hard Drive**

*virus removal is limited to 30 minutes - additional time needed will be billed in 15 minute increments
**defragmenting will be performed if necessary
